Our family-owned agency has been serving the Texas panhandle since 1969, providing the highest quality insurance services to the public. We are not going to try and sell you insurance that you don't need. We just want to take care of people without pressuring them. By having this conservative approach, we have found that our customers trust us and become loyal customers for years.
Kirk Pope
Kirk Pope is the President / Owner of the Agency. He grew up on a farm in Vilas Colorado. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond OK. Kirk joined the agency in May of 1988 and has served the agency in every capacity through the years. Kirk became the owner of the agency in January of 2000. He has held a Property and Casualty license as well as a Life & Health license for 38 years. He is a member of IIAT and IIAP and is very active in his Church and our local community. He is a Past President of the Dumas Noon Lions Club and the Moore County Chamber of Commerce.
Cindy Pope
Cindy Pope is the Vice President / Owner of the Agency. She grew up on a farm in Stratford, OK. She received a bachelor’s degree in Office Management from Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond OK. Cindy joined the agency in January of 2001 and has served the agency in many areas. She currently is working part-time as the Accounting Manager.
Rafael Constancio
Rafael Constancio graduated from Dumas High School. He is also a graduate of Florida College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed, bilingual insurance service representative with a concentration in personal lines. Rafael joined our team at Stidham Insurance Agency in March 2017 with two years of insurance experience. He is a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for our Agency.
Raven Hutcherson
Raven Hutcherson graduated from Dumas High School. She is our office receptionist. Raven joined our team at Stidham Insurance Agency in June of 2025.
Daysi Mendoza
Daysi Mendoza graduated High School from Denver School of Science & Technology in Denver Colorado. She attended Amarillo College and obtained her Associates of Science degree for Business Administration with highest honors. She has previously worked for a Direct Writing Insurance Company for 5 years. She moved to Texas and joined our Team in February 2017 and is serving the Agency as a Bilingual Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. She has a total of 15 years of Insurance experience and is licensed in Life & Health.
Anette Ramirez
Anette Ramirez graduated from Dumas High School. She attended Amarillo College and obtained her Associates Degree for General Studies. She is a licensed, bilingual insurance service representative with a concentration in personal lines. Anette joined our team at Stidham Insurance Agency in February of 2023. She is a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for our Agency.
